Laura’s Wig Beauty Supply and Salon has technological and operational security policies and procedures in place in order to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or unintentional destruction. We use a secure server for your privacy and security.
Strict guidelines are adhered in order to keep your personal information private. All personal information collected on our site is kept strictly confidential and is not loaned, disclosed, rented, or reused. All your personal information is kept private and used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success.

Placing Orders
Placing an order on our website:
Once you find the product that best meets your needs, click on “Add to Shopping Cart”. In the right top section of the page, you will notice the Shopping Cart now shows - “You have 1 item in your Shopping Cart”. If you are not done with your shopping you may continue shopping and when you are completed with your purchases, just click on the “Shopping Cart” and it will take you directly to all the items that you have added to your Shopping Cart. At this point you may either “Continue Shopping” or complete the purchase by entering your information and method of payment.

Products can be purchased online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Placing an order by phone:

If our consultants are not available at the time you call, and if you reach an answering machine, please leave your name, telephone number and the time you called. Please include a brief description for your call. This information will enable us to research your request if need be prior to calling you back.

Order by Fax:
Please fax your completed order form to (530)342-4463. Fax ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ordering option is for credit card orders only. We will need you to include the following information:

Email address, first and last name, address, city, state, zip, daytime and evening phone numbers, credit card number, complete name on card and expiration date.

Please make sure you include, the item number, item name, quantity and don’t forget to include the color and size.

Online payment using credit cards are made in the following way:
When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, you will be forwarded to a secure page, which is our e-commerce site. Once you are at this secure page section, you will be asked to fill out the following information:
Your Name:
Your Billing Address
Your Telephone Number
Your Email Address
Lastly, your credit card type, number and expiration date

Your order will be processed within 1-24 hours of you placing your order. Contingent on the availability of your order, you item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being processed. Depending on the shipping option that you have chose, your purchases may take anywhere between 1 - 2 days or up to 7 - 10 days delivery. Shipping to an alternate address or incorrect billing information may cause shipping delays.

Please note: All topographical, specification, or photographic error in products or pricing will be subject to correction. A notification will be sent to you of any changes and corrections. This notification will need your approval before we complete the order.

Order by Email:
You may send an email at anytime to with an order or questions you may have prior to placing an order. We will return your email or call you direct with the information that you have requested during our working hours, Monday thru Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Order by Mail:
If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, please complete our order form and make sure you include either your Certified Check, Money Order or Credit Card information. Do not send cash in the mail! Please make out your certified check, money order or credit card information and send to Laura‘s Beauty:

All packages sent from Laura’s Wig, Beauty Supply and Salon will only have your address and our return address. There will be nothing on the outside of the box that denotes what the contents are.

Be sure to include with your payment the following information;
First & Last Name (as it appears on your Drivers License and/or credit card
Address, including City, State & Zip Code
Email Address
Daytime & Evening Phone Numbers
The item Name and Number
Color, Size and Total Number of wigs that you are ordering.
Sorry, at this time, we do not accept C.O.D. orders

Shipping Options
At this time, all Laura’s product shipments are sent either via United States Postal Services (USPS) or United Parcel Services (UPS). However, we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice when shipping orders. All P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are estimated amounts and may be adjusted according to weight and size.

Shipping charges are not included in the price of the wig or products.

Expedited shipping is available for P.O. Box mailing addresses, when the item is shipped via

USPS, we do not guarantee the expedited service. USPS does not guarantee their expedited services when shipping to PO Boxes or any orders being shipped by the post office. Standard USPS Shipping: During Holiday seasons (ie. Christmas, New Years, Halloween, etc.) please allow for 1-2 business days of additional order processing time.


Return Policy
Authorized Returns/Timeline for Return:
1. Return requests must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the product(s). You first must pre-authorize your return with Laura’s Wig and Beauty.
2. At that time you will receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included with your return.


All returned or exchange item(s) are required to have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
Unauthorized Returns or Exchanges will incur a 35% unauthorized return fee.

Return Fees: A 35% fee is applied to all returns that are not received within the 10 days of the receipt of the RMA number. The balance will be credited to your original form of payment.

Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Condition(s) of Product Return: Product(s) must be returned in original condition and in original factory condition with all tags attached as well as unaltered, unworn and undamaged. If the return item has been altered, worn, damaged and tags removed, no refunds will be granted.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Clearance, Discontinued Items, Costume Wigs and/or Wholesale Sales.

Please Note: Any style/color and/or suggestions from our experts are found not satisfactory, return fees are not waived. You must carefully choose your products to meet your needs.

Please follow these steps in sending back your package:
1. Your return should be packaged in the original wig box and then placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
2. You must include inside the following information in your return package:

1. Your first and last name, daytime phone number and email address.
2. Reason for your return or exchange.
3. Style Name, Number and Color of your replacement piece if applicable.

The Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be included on the outside of the box. A good place to write the RMA# is on the left, bottom outside corner of the box.

5. Please Note: If the shipping address differs from the billing address, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing if the shipping address cannot be verified.

Cancellation Fees : If your shipment is returned to us because of an error in the return address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing your order, there will be a 35% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.

Laura’s Wig reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these policies. Please check this page periodically for changes.
